Initial Cleaning / One-time cleaning includes the following plus all maintenance services listed:
Clean/wash down all baseboards including window sills and door casings
Clean all accessible light fixtures
Clean all accessible ceiling fans
Clean all accessible vents
Clean all wall hangings
Sweep/vacuum under (if accessible) and around all furniture
Clean kitchen cabinet facings
Clean outside and top of refrigerator
Dust bookshelves (removal of books is an extra since this is very time consuming)
After your initial cleaning the following will be done on an as needed basis:
Maintenance cleaning includes the following for all rooms:
Vacuum floor
Mop floor
Clean mirrors and glass surfaces
Wipe down window sills
Dust all accessible ceiling fans
Remove garbage (if told where to remove garbage to)
Plus the following specialties per room:
Bathroom Maintenance:
Kitchen Maintenance:
Clean/sanitize all counter tops
Clean outside of microwave
Wipe down cabinet facings
Clean outside of all appliances
Polish fixtures
Bedroom Maintenance:
Living area/Dining room maintenance:
We also offer extra services such as:
Refrigerator (inside)
Oven (inside)
Microwave (inside)
Inside cabinets - removal of items and clean thoroughly
Bookshelves - removal of all items and clean thoroughly
Window washing (inside, outside only if windows are able to open inside home)
Clutter (AARGH, not fun but we get it done)
