General Questions: 

 

Are you insured?

Yes.  White Glove Professional Cleaning Corp. is fully insured with $1,000,000 liability insurance.

 

Are you bonded?

Yes.  White Glove Professional Cleaning Corp. is bonded for your protection.

 

What areas do you serve?

We currently service Brooklyn, NY, Manhattan, NY and Queens, NY.  We will be adding other areas in the future.

 

Do you furnish the cleaning supplies?

We supply all cleaning products and supplies but we ask that you provide certain items such as a bucket and mop (for sanitary reasons as we will never use the same mop in multiple homes).

 

Must I enter into a long term contract?

Not at all.  You can call us for a one time cleaning if that is all you require.  We are here to service you and make your busy life a little easier and cleaner.

 

Do you clean any size home?

Yes. We will clean any size home or apartment. 

 

What is included in your cleaning services?

Please check our Services page for a complete list of services which we are sure you will find impressive.  You are sure to find exactly what you are looking for.

 

What should I expect when my cleaners arrive?

Your cleaner(s) will arrive in company shirts and a bright smile, ready to give your home the "green" clean you are looking for.  Keep in mind initial cleanings take a bit longer since we are doing an extensive cleaning.

 

Do I need to be home during my cleaning?

Some clients prefer to be home during their cleaning and others prefer to have their cleaning done while they are at work.  If you choose to have your cleaning done while you are away from home we are happy to oblige.  The key you provide to us will be kept in a fire proof safe and returned to the office after each cleaning.

 

When is payment due?

Payment is usually due at the time of service.  You can choose to make your payment in cash, check or money order. 

 

What if I need to cancel or reschedule an appointment?

We will be happy to reschedule your appointment but please remember to cancel within 24hrs or your already scheduled appointment.  There will be a cancellation fee incurred if your cleaner shows up on the scheduled day and is unable to perform the services but our great clients never let that happen (wink, wink).

 

What if I am not satisfied with my cleaning?

(Gasp!)  If that was to ever occurr please notify the office within 24hrs and we will be more than willing to correct the problem.
